Baytree Villa has two bedrooms with built in wardrobes and a large sofa bed in the spacious lounge, providing accommodation for up to six people. There is a bathroom with large shower, hand basin and toilet. A fully re-fitted (Dec 2008) kitchen, dining area and bright comfortable lounge with satellite TV leads onto a south west facing patio terrace and garden with wind-out sun blind. Here you will find table, chairs, sun loungers and BBQ. Added in 2009 are multi speed ceiling fans for both bedrooms and lounge/kitchen.

From the villa, a local path winds its way down through a rural landscape bordering the seashore to Burriana Beach where palm umbrellas and sun beds can be hired. Burriana has a good selection of restaurants and cafés along the beach and is a favourite place to enjoy and watch the preparation of delicious Spanish Paella being cooked outdoor in vast pans on an open fire.
A pleasant stroll along the beach will take you to Nerja Town.
